Responsibilities
- Drive projects end-to-end, from design to deployment.
- Collaborate with Product Managers on product requirements.
- Architect and implement technical solutions.
- Lead design reviews and architecture discussions.
- Write pragmatic code with a focus on simplicity.
- Promote innovative software design and best practices.
- Perform code and design reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- 3+ years of experience with React.
- Familiarity with unit and end-to-end testing for JS/React.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript and CSS concepts.
- Experience debugging web applications using tools like Chrome Dev Tools.
- Experience with software development life cycle and tools (git, Jira, Confluence).
- Successfully deployed code/features multiple times in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of browser quirks and solutions.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to take ownership of project priorities and deadlines.
- Experience coaching engineers through a project's lifecycle.
- Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
- A nimble, lets-get-it-done mindset.
