Base Salary
$105k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Co-design AI solutions with customers and build human-centric features that deliver measurable value.
- Develop intelligent document processing, automated workflows, and AI-powered analytics with attention to security, product experience, and scalability.
- Work across the Tax and Accounting product portfolio to enable other teams and apply AI solutions across products and customer segments.
- Lead complex technical projects from inception through delivery.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, UX designers, and researchers in fast feedback cycles.
- Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive adoption of new technologies across teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years building software applications, with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript experience preferred.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs or AI systems, preferably including NLP.
- Full-stack development capabilities.
- Experience with Agile/XP practices, including TDD, BDD, and pair programming.
- Proficiency with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor and regular use of generative AI utilities such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- 3+ years leading complex technical projects from inception to delivery.
- Experience in startup-like environments or innovation teams.
- Working knowledge of LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI optimization.
- Microsoft Azure AI-102 certification is highly desired.
- Preferred experience includes Azure AI services, advanced or multimodal AI frameworks, document processing, financial data analysis, B2B professional software, MLOps, AI governance, and cross-portfolio AI implementations.

- The stated base compensation range is $104,800.00-$183,700.00 USD, with bonus eligibility.
