Base Salary
$130k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build LLM-powered agentic workflows that analyze simulation results, identify failures, and surface root causes.
- Architect scalable simulation pipelines and metric evaluation frameworks for large-scale simulation and road-test analysis.
- Identify and reduce divergences between simulated and real-world behavior across actor behaviors, sensor models, and system dynamics.
- Monitor and improve platform performance, scalability, testing, and reliability.
- Collaborate with simulation, onboard, systems engineering, and data science teams to reproduce and resolve road-test issues.
- Design long-term system architecture and ensure work meets customer requirements, regulatory standards, and quality policies.
Requirements
- An MS with 3+ years of relevant experience or a PhD new grad in mechanical, electrical, aerospace engineering, physics, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience building LLM-powered or agentic workflows for data analysis, evaluation, or automation.
- Experience quantifying or improving simulation fidelity or closing the sim-to-real gap.
- Proficiency in Python or C++ and experience building scalable data-processing systems or evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to solve open-ended technical challenges and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Preferred experience with autonomous vehicle or robotics simulation, LLM agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph, prompt/tool orchestration, metrics, user-facing APIs, or interfaces between system components.
