Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end system features from user experience through backend code.
- Design and implement solutions using Java full stack development and application architecture.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and provide solutions applicable across teams.
- Lead coordination of development activities to align with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and product quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience is stated, with additional information specifying a minimum of 12 years in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Core Java, application architecture, and Java architecture.
- Strong knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with Java backend development and related frameworks, with Spring Boot listed as a preferred skill.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, SQL and NoSQL database design and management, and version control systems.
- Ability to work in agile development environments.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
