Responsibilities
- Design, architect, test, and implement core platform services, features, and data pipeline infrastructure.
- Build and maintain scalable, high-traffic production infrastructure used across Moon Active studios.
- Develop tools supporting company development and business processes.
- Integrate AI agents and LLM coding tools, including Cursor and Claude Code, into the engineering workflow.
- Deliver high-quality, well-structured code.
- Own deliverables end-to-end from inception and design through development and production implementation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of backend development experience.
- BSc in computer science or equivalent.
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Experience with high-scale, multithreaded systems.
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
- Proactive, self-driven, adaptable, self-learning, and able to work effectively in a demanding professional team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
