Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged and SaaS solutions, including configuration, integrations, and releases.
- Set platform standards for stability, performance, maintainability, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.
- Serve as an Enterprise Architecture subject matter expert and provide strategic advisory support to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Lead enterprise-wide architectural strategies and deliver scalable solutions to complex, multi-system problems.
- Evaluate, adopt, integrate, and optimize emerging AI-native technologies and multi-cloud platforms.
- Drive AI-led SDLC practices and solutioning to improve delivery speed and quality.
- Design and integrate knowledge base systems into enterprise solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Strategy.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong experience designing scalable, business-aligned software architectures.
- Hands-on experience with modern development frameworks, agile methodologies, and software integration.
- Programming expertise in at least 2–3 languages, such as Java, Python, and C#.
- Experience with AI-native development using one or more Large Language Models and AI-native stacks.
- Experience with knowledge base systems and AI-led SDLC practices.
- Expertise architecting, integrating, and optimizing enterprise solutions across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Ability to analyze complex systems, optimize performance, and guide strategic architectural decisions across teams.
