Base Salary
$168k - $285k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build full-stack internal applications and tools for operations teams.
- Develop robust backend services and APIs for internal tooling.
- Build integrations with third-party platforms like Retool and Zendesk.
- Leverage AI to enhance operator productivity and improve decision-making.
- Create data-driven features and analytics for actionable insights.
- Collaborate with operations stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor team members.
- Own features end-to-end from design through deployment.
- Participate in an On Call rotation for critical issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in production applications.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages like Python or TypeScript.
- Experience building full-stack applications with frameworks like React.
- Solid understanding of backend architecture, API design, and databases.
- Aptitude for working with AI technologies and integrating LLMs.
- Experience building internal tools and collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong product sense and user empathy.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and modern DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to iterate based on feedback.
