Base Salary
$86k - $144k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, document, and automate software components and DevSecOps processes.
- Perform unit and automated testing, resolve defects, and support secure product releases.
- Maintain applications, pipelines, and operational processes by troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
- Develop database interactions, data-access components, scalable web services, and APIs for tracking, integration, and system visibility.
- Configure, install, and deploy software across development, testing, and production environments.
- Apply security, data-privacy, and secure-development practices and identify and escalate potential risks or vulnerabilities.
- Manage assigned software development and DevSecOps tasks while collaborating with engineers, product owners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of C++ or similar object-oriented languages and scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
- Knowledge of database management and interaction, including SQL or NoSQL.
- Ability to solve problems and learn new tools, technologies, processes, and software engineering and DevSecOps practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with technical and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Understanding of and willingness to participate in Agile/SCRUM development practices.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer at the time of hire.
