Responsibilities

Serve as the ultimate escalation point for complex database and cloud infrastructure issues.
Architect enterprise-grade database solutions for large-scale workloads.
Lead hands-on support for database issues across various technologies.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to large customers and partners.
Analyze customer architectures to optimize performance and ensure best practices.
Build detailed infrastructure diagrams and explain architectural decisions.
Conduct technical workshops and troubleshooting sessions for customers.
Prepare and document database best practices for customer use.
Advocate for customer feedback to inform product development.
Mentor and develop junior engineers through coaching and technical reviews.
Design and implement support frameworks and operational best practices.
Create authoritative technical documentation for internal and customer use.
Lead critical incident response for high-impact customer issues.
Represent the Support organization in cross-functional initiatives.

Extensive experience in cloud infrastructure and database support.
Expertise in supporting mission-critical workloads across various database technologies.
Strong knowledge of Linux, distributed systems, and networking.
In-depth understanding of database architecture and performance tuning.
Experience in a senior customer-facing technical role.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Proven track record of developing effective technical solutions.
7+ years of experience in relevant technical roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly motivated with a proactive mindset.
Strong automation skills with proficiency in programming or scripting languages.
