Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable full-stack applications using .NET, C#, and Blazor.
- Define and evolve technical architecture across frontend and backend systems.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions for automated build, testing, and releases.
- Champion unit, integration, and end-to-end automated testing.
- Design and manage Microsoft Azure infrastructure using Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates.
- Implement LaunchDarkly feature flagging, progressive rollouts, experimentation, and safe deployments.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor engineers.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders on technical plans and delivery milestones.
- Evaluate tools, frameworks, and patterns while managing technical debt.
- Contribute to incident response, production support, and post-incident reviews.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 2 years in a technical lead or senior architecture role.
- Strong proficiency in .NET and C#, including ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and server-side application development.
- Hands-on experience building interactive Blazor applications using Server and/or WebAssembly.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Entra ID, and Key Vault.
- Experience designing and maintaining GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, including branch strategies, environment promotion, and automated quality gates.
- Practical Azure Infrastructure as Code experience with Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates.
- Experience implementing feature management and progressive delivery with LaunchDarkly or comparable platforms.
- Experience with automated testing and frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, bUnit, or Playwright.
- Understanding of relational databases and data access patterns using SQL Server, Azure SQL, Entity Framework Core, or Dapper.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Container Apps, Application Insights, Azure Monitor, Grafana, Datadog, event-driven architectures, messaging systems, microservices, Azure certifications, Agile or Scrum environments, and developer experience improvements.
- Strong communication, mentoring, pragmatic decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
