Responsibilities

Collaborate with the development team in an Agile environment to understand specifications.
Create comprehensive feature test plans aligned with development milestones.
Automate feature tests using existing frameworks and augment libraries for new functionalities.
Own the complete test execution cycle for user stories to ensure high-quality delivery.
Perform automated, manual, white-box, and black-box testing as part of the testing strategy.
Create, maintain, and document testbed setups and environments.
Report, track, and update issues and test cases using management tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality benchmarks throughout the development lifecycle.

Strong expertise in Windows/Linux, file systems, and OS-level concepts.
Solid understanding of threading, multiprocessing, and socket programming.
Good knowledge of networking and cloud architecture fundamentals, preferably with AWS and/or Azure services.
Proficiency in Python or Java, with a preference for Python.
Strong shell scripting ability and hands-on experience with SQL databases.
Strong experience in REST API testing and backend automation.
Proficiency with tools like Git, Jira, and XRay, along with strong analytical and debugging skills.
B.Tech / B.E / M.E./ M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
