Base Salary
$95k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute content and promotional tasks across multiple direct-to-consumer websites and brands.
- Deploy and QA digital content and promotions using WordPress, Shopify, Emarsys, and Klaviyo.
- Improve website navigation, layout, usability, speed, responsiveness, and mobile experiences.
- Manage product catalogs, including product additions, information updates, and listing optimization.
- Implement on-page and technical SEO improvements to increase organic visibility and traffic.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, content producers, QA engineers, and release engineers across the development lifecycle.
- Use Google Analytics and website performance metrics to identify improvements to user experience and conversion rates.
- Keep pricing, product information, and promotional offers accurate and functional across all sites.
- Develop conversion optimization strategies involving product pages, checkout, and calls to action.
- Propose product and user experience improvements that balance development effort and return on investment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university or college.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a related position.
- Extensive experience with web technologies and strong modern cross-platform software development skills.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency debugging DOM objects in Chrome or a similar environment.
- Strong experience with web frameworks such as React.js or Knockout.js.
- At least 1 year of REST experience.
- Ability to use programming knowledge to reduce consumer friction, optimize layouts and visual elements, identify opportunities, and propose solutions.
