Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Research, design, and implement advanced algorithms for next-generation e-beam inspection applications.
- Develop Image-to-CAD alignment, non-rigid registration, defect detection, defect localization, and scoring algorithms.
- Develop algorithms for voltage contrast and electrical failure-mode analysis.
- Build zero-to-low-shot training capabilities and improve algorithm workflow usability, performance, and robustness.
- Move algorithm concepts from proof of concept through production-ready implementation, optimization, integration, and deployment.
- Own end-to-end algorithm deployment and integration into the inspection system.
- Partner with image-processing software engineers to optimize performance for high-speed inspection applications.
- Collaborate with system designers, software engineers, application developers, architects, and product teams on integrated solutions and scalable requirements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of algorithm R&D experience in image processing, computer vision, deep learning, or related disciplines.
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, physics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience designing and implementing robust, production-grade algorithms beyond research prototypes.
- Strong experience with image-processing and/or computer-vision algorithms.
- Experience with electrical defect analysis, including voltage contrast or electrical failure-mode analysis, is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with SEM/e-beam inspection or semiconductor metrology systems in production environments is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage algorithms through research, validation, optimization, integration, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of software and algorithm infrastructure and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for remote and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to independently drive complex technical initiatives with accountability and ownership.
