Responsibilities
- Design and build software solutions that address client business problems.
- Write clean, reusable, iterative, and high-quality code using development best practices.
- Apply TDD, pair programming, design patterns, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices.
- Collaborate with analysts, designers, project managers, and cross-functional technologists to deliver features, design concepts, and interactive prototypes.
- Advocate for and demonstrate DevOps culture while taking ownership beyond individual deliverables.
- Apply current technology practices and learning from the Thoughtworks Technology Radar to solve client problems.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience.
- Experience with one or more development languages or technologies such as Java, Kotlin, React, or TypeScript.
- Experience with object-oriented programming and the ability to write and improve clean, high-quality code.
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or continuous delivery practices.
- Awareness of TDD, continuous integration, and continuous delivery approaches or tools.
- Fluent English communication skills, including the ability to participate seamlessly in conversations and job interviews.
- Knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes is preferred.
