Responsibilities
- Define and evolve standard practices for performance engineering.
- Design, develop, and execute performance and scalability test cases.
- Troubleshoot production and performance issues across applications.
- Analyze SLAs to identify performance issues and establish benchmarks.
- Collaborate with product teams to create and analyze performance tests.
- Identify and recommend solutions for performance bottlenecks.
- Automate processes to reduce toil and promote data-driven innovation.
- Drive best practices in development methodologies and CI/CD processes.
Requirements
- 9 to 12 years of experience in performance engineering.
- Comprehensive understanding of performance principles and metrics.
- Expert skills in load testing tools like JMeter and Gatling.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript.
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on programming experience.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in diverse teams.
- Understanding of API automation and SDLC phases.
- Familiarity with test management tools like Jira and Xray.
- Knowledge of continuous integration tools like Jenkins.
