Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and implement custom software solutions, data pipelines, and workflows.
- Optimize distributed data processing tasks for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions to cross-team problems.
- Lead project-task coordination to support timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience designing and implementing data pipelines and workflows in cloud-based environments.
- Strong knowledge of distributed computing and big data processing frameworks.
- Ability to optimize data processing for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation for data operations.
- Data warehouse ETL testing experience is preferred.
