Base Salary
$161k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy customer-facing product features for institutional real estate investment workflows.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Cursor to generate, test, evaluate, and refine production code.
- Own features end-to-end in collaboration with product and design, from problem definition through production delivery.
- Review human-written and AI-generated code for correctness, security, maintainability, performance, and edge cases.
- Apply data structures, system design, reliability, and data integrity principles to engineering decisions.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to earlier-career engineers.
Requirements
- Hands-on production experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or 8+ years of industry experience.
- At least 4 years of experience building web application backends using Ruby, Flask, Node, or similar technologies.
- At least 4 years of experience building web application frontends using React, Angular, Vue, or similar technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to own features end-to-end and deliver independently without heavy oversight.
- Strong code review, product sense, communication, independence, mentorship, and computer science fundamentals.
- Preferred experience integrating LLM APIs, building AI-assisted workflows in production, or working in high-growth SaaS.
