Responsibilities

Design, implement, maintain, test, and launch reliable, scalable software solutions using C#, ASP.NET Core, React, and SQL databases.
Own the software development lifecycle from ideation through deployment while focusing on clean code, scalability, performance, and quality.
Collaborate with product managers, software architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing features.
Mentor and support developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical leadership on SOLID principles and domain-driven design.
Contribute to distributed, cloud-native system architecture and identify opportunities to improve the platform.
Use AI-powered development tools, agentic coding assistants, code-generation models, automated review tooling, and LLM-powered workflows to improve engineering productivity.
Evangelize automated testing, code quality, documentation, and other software engineering best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team process improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
At least 5 years of professional experience building modern web applications with C# and ASP.NET Core.
3–5 years of software development experience.
Demonstrated daily use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude CLI, along with AI-assisted software engineering and prompt engineering practices.
Experience with React or another modern JavaScript framework.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture.
Experience mentoring engineers and driving cross-team technical initiatives.
Experience with relational database design, including SQL Server or Postgres.
Experience with cloud computing, DevOps practices, SQL, PaaS, ORM frameworks, and Test-Driven Development.
Ability to work in an Agile, CI/CD, Git-centric environment.
Advanced AWS or Azure certification is preferred.
Ability to travel 10%.
