Responsibilities
- Translate functional requirements and acceptance criteria into detailed verification test plans and test scripts.
- Contribute to automated testing frameworks to reduce defects and improve software quality.
- Run automated tests in CI pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitLab, CircleCI, or similar tools.
- Perform automation testing for mobile, API, microservices, or web applications.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Software Systems, and Software Development teams throughout the development process.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Strong knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, collaborate as a team member, manage time effectively, listen well, and solve problems creatively.
- Desire to learn and develop through projects that affect Allegion’s business and customers.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
