Responsibilities
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues across critical business applications.
- Monitor system performance and maintain application stability and reliability.
- Debug and performance-tune Node.js applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple technical teams on issue resolution and key decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and help manage team execution.
- Mentor junior team members and improve their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application support processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Node.js.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
- Understanding of server-side templating languages and database management.
- Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
