Responsibilities
- Build and scale the agentic layer of the AI Native Product Operations Platform.
- Develop end-to-end applications using FastAPI, NextJS, and Postgres with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector retrieval.
- Implement standards, patterns, and guardrails for scalable, reliable, and cohesive AI development.
- Partner with Product and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions optimized for cost and throughput.
- Deliver software through frequent releases, rapid iteration, and end-to-end execution.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of industry experience with active exploration and integration of AI tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI, NextJS, and Postgres, including building end-to-end application stacks.
- Production experience building and deploying agentic AI systems, RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector retrieval systems.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, orchestration patterns, agent workflows, and evaluation frameworks or guardrails.
- Experience supporting frequent or weekly feature releases in a high-velocity delivery environment.
- Preferred experience in startup or fast-scaling product environments across backend, frontend, and platform engineering.
- Preferred ability to design AI systems for low cost, high throughput, extensibility, and long-term scalability.
- Preferred experience selecting and implementing AI development tools, observability frameworks, and LLM application patterns.
