Responsibilities
- Build and scale the agentic layer of the AI Native - Product Operations Platform.
- Design production-grade AI systems and support platform capabilities.
- Develop hands-on across FastAPI, NextJS, and Postgres.
- Implement standards and guardrails for scalable and reliable AI development.
- Collaborate with Product and stakeholders to create technical solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience with AI tools and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI, NextJS, and Postgres.
- Proven experience with agentic AI systems and RAG architectures.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and orchestration patterns.
- Comfortable in a high-velocity delivery environment.
