Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, debug, and maintain software using Core Java.
- Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and usage cases to validate software quality.
- Automate software validation processes and troubleshoot defects, failures, and performance issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and recommend improvements to system performance and availability.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Prepare code documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, project reports, status updates, and MIS reports.
- Track customer requirements, clarifications, feedback, requests, and issue resolution throughout project execution.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Participate in continuing education and training to learn new programming languages and current best practices.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory proficiency in Core Java.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, modifying, and maintaining software applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, systems flow, data usage, work processes, and software feasibility.
- Ability to develop automated validation processes and execute software test scenarios.
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and improve system performance.
- Ability to prepare clear technical documentation, reports, and project status updates.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders and maintain professional customer interactions.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and skill-upgrading certifications.
