Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead technical development and ownership of the AI Code Scanner platform.
- Implement modernization, enhancements, scalability initiatives, and architectural evolution.
- Improve user experience through reporting dashboards, workflow management, and administrative capabilities.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization patterns.
- Maintain and extend backend orchestration and scanning services.
- Integrate LLM-based security analysis capabilities and expand automated vulnerability analysis, reporting, and verification workflows.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- 15+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 5+ years in a lead, principal, or senior engineering role.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications in regulated environments.
- Expert-level React development and modern single-page application architecture experience.
- Expert-level Python development, API design, and integration experience.
- Experience with automation and orchestration frameworks, test automation, and quality engineering.
- Experience integrating large language models and agent-based workflows.
- Experience with application security and vulnerability management.
