Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture and end-to-end delivery of agentic AI and data modernization solutions for global supply chain and manufacturing operations.
- Set reusable standards and patterns for cloud data modeling, data pipelines, agent orchestration, evaluation, and production support.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and lead code and design reviews.
- Partner with business stakeholders and IT leadership on roadmaps, delivery sequencing, build-versus-buy decisions, and vendor accountability.
- Translate SAP, SHARP, MES, historian, planning, quality, and other operational data into trusted integrated data models.
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and multi-agent workflows using prompt engineering, tool and function calling, agent orchestration, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Implement and deploy machine learning and predictive models with attention to performance, scalability, and interpretability.
- Define agent testing, evaluation, monitoring, observability, feedback loops, and safety guardrails.
- Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and modernize legacy reporting and data assets onto cloud and lakehouse architectures.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data quality and agent behavior, maintain technical documentation, and support GxP/CSV, privacy, security, and responsible AI requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field and 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML, including hands-on production generative AI or agentic application delivery.
- Hands-on experience with supply chain and manufacturing data, SAP S/4HANA or ECC, SAP BW/4HANA, SHARP, MES, and related analytics.
- Advanced experience with statistical methods, machine learning, LLM and agentic application development, prompt engineering, tool or function calling, retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, embeddings, and multi-step workflows.
- Deep knowledge of agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph and production LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Bedrock.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Databricks and advanced Python; SQL, Java, Scala, and R are additional qualifications.
- Experience developing production-grade analytics systems end to end.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, regulated manufacturing or pharmaceutical supply chain experience, production AI solution delivery, supply chain planning software experience, IoT or streaming data experience, GxP/CSV validation experience, Power BI experience, responsible AI knowledge, global team or vendor leadership, and Databricks, AWS, or Azure certifications.
