Base Salary
$220k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the implementation and optimization of compliance automation tooling.
- Design and build a compliance data layer in Snowflake.
- Develop AI agents and automated pipelines for evidence collection and control testing.
- Partner with Engineering and Security to map technical implementations to compliance controls.
- Build reporting layers that translate compliance signals into narratives on risk posture.
Requirements
- 6+ years in software, data, or security engineering with exposure to compliance automation.
- Hands-on experience building data pipelines on Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar platforms.
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
- Experience implementing or administering compliance automation platforms.
- Working knowledge of at least one compliance framework.
