Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the core development team to build secure and reliable backend services.
- Design, test, deploy, and maintain critical services and infrastructure.
- Develop scalable, high-performance software for healthcare and clinical digitization.
- Apply and advocate best practices in fast, secure software engineering.
- Solve complex technology challenges and contribute to improvements in architecture, usability, and performance.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Informatics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in at least one of Java, C++, or Rust.
- Demonstrated coding experience; GitHub contributions or personal projects are a plus.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English.
