Base Salary
$180k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify high-leverage business and technical gaps and ship production-quality software quickly.
- Build backend services and APIs for the data platform and customer-facing product.
- Develop processing and validation pipelines for incoming real-world datasets.
- Script integrations between collection devices, cloud infrastructure, and software services.
- Design interfaces and developer workflows used across the company.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with research, Shenzhen hardware, and operations.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack skills with fluency in Python and at least one of TypeScript, React, Go, or C++.
- 1–5+ years of experience shipping software end to end, ideally in a startup or 0-to-1 environment.
- Ability to ramp quickly in unfamiliar codebases and problem domains.
- Comfort working with incomplete information and taking action without a clearly defined role.
- Preferred experience across backend, frontend, data, infrastructure, and scripting.
- Preferred experience with hardware-adjacent systems, AI, large-scale data systems, startup hypergrowth, infrastructure, or DevOps.
