
Sr. DevOps Engineer, Environment, Social, and Governance
Procter & GambleResponsibilities
- Design, build, and operate Azure-based cloud solutions supporting data and analytics use cases.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, workflows, data lakes, and Power BI dashboards.
- Use Python, PySpark, Spark, SQL, and Azure Databricks for data processing and platform development.
- Build and improve Power BI dashboards and user-facing analytics solutions, including UX/UI enhancements.
- Drive CI/CD, automation, DevOps practices, reliability, and delivery speed improvements.
- Lead Agile delivery, including backlog ownership and sprint execution.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and support capability growth and delivery quality.
- Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to resolve issues and scale solutions.
- Identify and implement automation and process improvements across the platform.
Requirements
- Experience in DevOps, software engineering, or data platform engineering.
- Experience working in a cloud environment such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps practices.
- Experience with Databricks, Databricks Jobs, and Spark engineering.
- Proficiency with Python, PySpark, and SQL for data processing.
- Proven experience developing Power BI dashboards and improving their UX/UI.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, leading Scrum ceremonies, and using Jira.
- Experience using Power Automate and PowerApps for process automation.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
