SW Engineer Internship
Pure StorageResponsibilities
- Design and implement algorithms and technologies for high-performance, highly reliable systems targeting six nines of availability.
- Own solutions end-to-end from concept through delivery of new features or products.
- Analyze complex technical challenges and develop scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain data transmission protocols and internal data storage for the Object product.
- Collaborate with engineering, product development, account management, and other stakeholders.
- Deliver reliable, high-quality systems that support customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proficiency in building and maintaining large-scale, high-performance systems using Java, Golang, and/or C++.
- Ability to own complex features or components from design through delivery while ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills for distributed or low-level system challenges.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with engineering, product, and operations teams.
- Curiosity, a growth mindset, and interest in learning new technologies and developing system software expertise.
