Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and operate reliable, scalable, and high-performance system products and services using Native AI.
- Define technical solutions with product managers, business stakeholders, customers, and project teams.
- Ensure designs align with organizational and product architectures and maintain a high operational excellence standard.
- Participate in development sprints, code reviews, technical discussions, and brainstorming around AI adoption.
- Review and optimize existing systems and processes for improved efficiency and performance.
- Mentor SDE1 team members and contribute to their technical and professional development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- 1+ year of object-oriented design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
