Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI agents that take actions for real enterprise customers.
- Design agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall architecture.
- Architect, build, debug, test, and deploy scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Partner with customers to translate business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Collaborate with builders, sales teams, and stakeholders throughout the technical lifecycle.
- Evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor and own solutions from development through deployment.
- Travel 25–50% of the time to work directly with customers in their environments.
Requirements
- Strong background in computer science or a related engineering discipline.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object-oriented programming, and real-time infrastructure.
- Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs rigorously.
- Ability to communicate effectively with sales teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and execution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.
