Base Salary
$275k - $380k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own engagement delivery plans, statements of work, milestones, dependencies, success criteria, and value hypotheses.
- Lead technical discovery, workflow mapping, constraint identification, MVP definition, and solution-architecture shaping.
- Drive day-to-day engineering execution across Anthropic and customer teams, including trade-offs, prioritization, and unblocking.
- Own product scoping, requirements documentation, engineering-backlog prioritization, and scope change management.
- Manage customer relationships, executive briefings, stakeholder communications, procurement interactions, and technical credibility with senior leaders.
- Define impact hypotheses, baselines, KPIs, and pre- and post-deployment ROI measurement.
- Create reusable solution patterns, evaluation frameworks, and technical playbooks and share field insights with Product and Research.
- Navigate security reviews, legal approvals, procurement, compliance requirements, and enterprise organizational complexity.
- Run sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, progress reporting, and customer-site delivery activities.
Requirements
- Experience leading AI/ML engagements or deployments in a founder, data science, engineering, research, professional services, or consulting capacity.
- Experience delivering AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production, including solution patterns and integration approaches.
- Experience in a specialized vertical such as financial services, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, retail, mining, or agriculture.
- Ability to lead architecture discussions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and own technical engagement direction without writing production code.
- Track record delivering complex, high-stakes technical projects for enterprise clients across multiple workstreams, preferably in regulated industries.
- Strong executive presence and ability to represent the company with senior business and engineering leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field or with relevant preparation.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, create structure, and build a new delivery function.
