Responsibilities

Build and ship production APIs and backend systems for music and sound-effects products.
Bring research and research-engineering model improvements into production.
Design systems that allow improved models to be swapped in over time.
Work across research, legal, safety, growth, design, and enterprise customers.
Decompose ambiguous product goals, choose engineering approaches, and plan launches.
Coordinate with go-to-market teams on feature priorities, including bespoke enterprise features.
Occasionally participate in customer calls as a technical representative.

Strong full-stack engineering experience with a backend lean.
Experience building and shipping production APIs and backend systems.
Ability to decompose vague goals, weigh trade-offs, and ship decisively.
Proactive ownership of work from start to finish without task-by-task assignment.
Comfort working cross-functionally with research, legal, safety, growth, design, and enterprise customers.
Genuine interest in music and AI.
Music or audio experience, including hobby experience, is a bonus.
Experience shipping ML models into production is a bonus.

Remote-first work from anywhere in Europe or the US East Coast, with the ability to operate in Central European timezones required.
Option to work from offices in Dublin, London, New York, or Warsaw.
