Responsibilities
- Develop global-scale solutions for Farfetch.com using its React-based architecture.
- Own end-to-end delivery of personalized user experiences from discovery through deployment.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, cross-functional teams, and the wider Front-end community.
- Contribute to open-source packages and evolve the centralized design system.
- Improve web performance, integrate GraphQL, and apply advanced testing strategies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional Front End development experience in collaborative, multi-team environments.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and significant experience building complex React applications.
- Understanding of JavaScript design patterns, data structures, and web architecture.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-documented code supported by Jest and React Testing Library.
- Preferred experience includes Web Vitals, performance optimization, GraphQL APIs, ARIA and web accessibility, SEO, and centralized design systems.
