
C++ Technical Lead
HARMAN InternationalResponsibilities
- Lead C++ software implementation for advanced embedded hardware platforms and hardware-accelerated environments.
- Drive technical execution of computer vision and machine-learning systems for driver and cabin monitoring.
- Own software architecture, design decisions, implementation quality, and technical direction.
- Partner with architects, algorithm, system, and product teams and serve as delegate architect when needed.
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices, code quality, and technical excellence.
- Optimize software for real-time, resource-constrained embedded environments and support safety-aware automotive development processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of professional experience developing reliable C++ software for embedded, real-time, and performance-sensitive systems.
- Experience as a Technical Lead, Software Architect, or senior hands-on technical authority.
- Strong expertise in modern C++, software architecture, multithreading, and system optimization.
- Experience solving complex technical challenges in large-scale software systems and influencing technical direction across teams.
- Experience developing software for Linux-based embedded environments.
- Preferred experience includes computer vision, AI or ML products, ISO 26262, ASPICE, NVIDIA CUDA, TensorRT, Qualcomm AI frameworks, hardware accelerators, GPU/NPU/TPU integration, and driver or occupant monitoring systems.
