Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Participate in or lead design reviews and evaluate available technologies with peers and stakeholders.
- Review code and provide feedback on style, correctness, testability, efficiency, and best practices.
- Contribute to and update documentation or educational content.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues affecting hardware, networks, services, and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Two years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks, or working with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- Two years of experience programming in C++.
- Two years of experience programming in Go.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience with networking design, including redundancy, failover, and load balancing.
- Preferred: experience developing and consuming gRPC services.
- Preferred: experience with Kubernetes and Cloud Run.
- Preferred: proficiency in code and system health, diagnosis and resolution, and software test engineering.
Benefits
- US base salary of $147000–$210000 annually, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
