Responsibilities
- Partner with business departments to identify process inefficiencies and AI automation opportunities.
- Design and prototype agentic workflows using modern frameworks and LLM-based tools.
- Develop, integrate, and deploy AI agents for reporting, customer communication, data processing, and internal operations.
- Evaluate and benchmark AI models, frameworks, and tools to select suitable solutions.
- Establish practices for prompt engineering, context management, and workflow orchestration.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system integration, data privacy, and compliance.
- Create technical documentation, user training, and playbooks for deployed automations.
- Monitor system performance and continuously refine agent behaviors and models.
Requirements
- Proven experience building or integrating AI systems, intelligent agents, or automation frameworks.
- Experience with Forex, FinTech, or similar companies supporting Sales, Marketing, or Finance teams with AI.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and agent architecture, including frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom frameworks.
- Programming skills in Python and familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate them clearly.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with RAG, chains, and memory management in AI systems.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Background in machine learning, NLP, or process automation is a plus.
- Experience with CLAW, production-level agentic systems or AI copilots, Jira, HubSpot, data governance, model evaluation, and prompt engineering patterns is preferred.
