Responsibilities
- Design and build custom Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps for complex government workflows.
- Develop and optimize Power Automate workflows for approvals, integrations, and data transformations, including error handling and monitoring.
- Create Power BI dashboards and data visualizations for program leadership.
- Architect and manage SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permissions, collaboration hubs, and document management platforms.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure services.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate mission needs into iterative technical solutions.
- Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and technical support for deployed enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience designing and administering SharePoint Online sites, including custom lists, libraries, and permissions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dataverse, connectors, and the Power Platform admin center.
- Experience building automated Power Automate flows with error handling and monitoring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred experience with GCC or GCC High Microsoft 365 environments.
- Preferred front-end development skills with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, or React.
- Preferred knowledge of SharePoint Framework and Microsoft Graph API.
- Preferred experience with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or AI/ML integrations in Power Platform applications.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, or PL-400 are preferred.
- Familiarity with Power Platform DevOps practices and Application Lifecycle Management pipelines is preferred.
