Responsibilities
- Build scalable backend systems and components with attention to stability, maintainability, and appropriate engineering tradeoffs.
- Design, write, test, release, and operate critical technical solutions with high engineering rigor.
- Develop infrastructure and data systems supporting crypto, Web3, wallet, tokenization, and decentralized trading products.
- Collaborate with multifunctional and engineering teams on large-scope technical quality projects.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on complex initiatives and system improvements.
- Improve system performance and team efficiency while minimizing operational and technical risks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- 3+ years of experience writing low-latency, large-scale distributed systems for crypto domains.
- Proficiency in Go or Python, with strong problem-solving and production-debugging skills.
- Experience building and operating high-scale distributed systems across the full software lifecycle.
- Strong ownership, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and leading teams technically on new initiatives and system improvements.
