Responsibilities
- Act as the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to design fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Ensure efficient adoption roadmaps for customers.
- Maintain and develop knowledge of Internet performance and security technologies.
- Identify customer challenges and provide scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 3-10 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage projects and prioritize competing demands.
- Demonstrate empathy with customers and identify their pain points.
- Understand fundamental Internet concepts and technologies.
