Responsibilities
- Build features across frontend and backend using React with Node.js or Python.
- Automate manual business processes involving requests and approvals.
- Identify opportunities to reduce repetitive work in business and engineering processes.
- Write automated tests and documentation.
- Participate in code reviews, refinement, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager, Delivery Lead, UX, and business operations team to refine requirements.
- Learn and support the IT order fulfillment process, including requests, approvals, and tracking.
- Fix bugs and resolve production issues.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, React, Git, and GitHub.
- Knowledge of Node.js or Python, REST APIs, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of AWS or a similar cloud platform such as Azure or GCP.
- Understanding of secure coding basics, including authentication, input validation, and protection of secrets and sensitive data.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, expand technical knowledge, adapt to new tools and technologies, and take on broader responsibilities.
- Preferred: experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions.
- Preferred: experience with AI and agentic coding tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Preferred: familiarity with automated testing frameworks and interest in workflow automation, business process automation, or AI agents.
