Responsibilities
- Understand and document customer business requirements.
- Design and build sophisticated multi-dimensional Pigment applications.
- Train and co-build with customers so they can independently maintain and use the solution.
- Participate in or lead user acceptance testing and deployments.
- Integrate source software and deliver migration solutions using connectors and APIs.
- Connect customer stakeholders with the product team to inform platform development.
- Lead cross-functional projects that improve methodologies and processes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated skill in building complex systems and explaining them clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to structure and validate high volumes of unstructured data.
- Ability to learn new business domains and adapt to diverse customer use cases.
- Strong relationship-building skills, empathy, and customer dedication.
- Strategic thinking and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Ability to manage multiple objectives with limited supervision.
- Fluent English; French or another European language is an advantage.
- An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
