Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications and services.
- Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces.
- Develop scalable backend APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Work with JVM-based applications and services for enterprise-scale workloads.
- Contribute to data processing and analytics solutions using distributed computing technologies.
- Integrate AI-powered search, chat, recommendation, and workflow-automation capabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers on end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and operational excellence activities.
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD processes, and cloud-native deployment practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of software engineering experience, including internships, projects, research, or full-time experience.
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Proficiency in at least one of Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
- Understanding of frontend web technologies, REST APIs, web services, client-server architecture, SQL, and database concepts.
- Preferred qualifications include React or Angular, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, microservices, asynchronous programming, and distributed systems.
- Preferred data experience includes Apache Spark, data pipelines, ETL, batch or stream processing, SQL optimization, and data modeling.
- Preferred AI knowledge includes generative AI, LLM applications, prompt engineering, AI application integration, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
- Preferred cloud and engineering experience includes AWS or Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and software development lifecycle practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively.
