Base Salary
$142k - $197k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend services for unified communications.
- Develop systems for real-time, event-triggered messaging and marketing automation.
- Translate complex datasets into marketing capabilities through APIs and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define requirements.
- Lead medium-sized projects, managing risks and driving execution.
- Enhance engineering culture by improving system reliability and communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience building and operating microservices and APIs in a cloud environment.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Kotlin, Java, Ruby, or Python.
- Ability to independently execute projects and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
