Responsibilities
- Discover the 360Learning platform, codebase, and team processes.
- Implement tickets and broader product functionalities within a product squad.
- Develop and maintain product features and the related codebase using the company’s full-stack technologies.
- Implement cross-functional tools that maintain quality standards and increase team velocity.
- Document, refactor, and analyze features to maintain code quality and transparency.
- Participate in decentralized peer review, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
- Own part of the codebase, onboard new engineers, and contribute to complex cross-team and architectural changes.
Requirements
- Significant full-stack programming experience, including SaaS software architecture and modern programming languages.
- Interest in JavaScript technologies; expert-level JavaScript experience is not required.
- Ability to create intuitive, efficient, and elegant user interfaces.
- Comfort with algorithms and a product-oriented, customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English at US/UK level or B2 French equivalent.
- Enthusiasm for 360Learning’s working environment.
