Responsibilities

Discover the 360Learning platform, codebase, and team processes.
Implement tickets and broader product functionalities within a product squad.
Develop and maintain product features and the related codebase using the company’s full-stack technologies.
Implement cross-functional tools that maintain quality standards and increase team velocity.
Document, refactor, and analyze features to maintain code quality and transparency.
Participate in decentralized peer review, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
Own part of the codebase, onboard new engineers, and contribute to complex cross-team and architectural changes.

Significant full-stack programming experience, including SaaS software architecture and modern programming languages.
Interest in JavaScript technologies; expert-level JavaScript experience is not required.
Ability to create intuitive, efficient, and elegant user interfaces.
Comfort with algorithms and a product-oriented, customer-focused mindset.
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
Fluent English at US/UK level or B2 French equivalent.
Enthusiasm for 360Learning’s working environment.

Base salary and equity are included in the compensation package, with no salary amount specified.
