Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, designers, and analysts to enhance Outreach workflows.
- Lead frontend design and implementation for key experiences like Tasks and the VisualAgentBuilder.
- Ensure consistency and performance across the Outreach web application.
- Set technical direction for frontend architecture and engineering vision.
- Prototype and validate new concepts for user workflows and interactions.
- Identify improvements in client performance and API design.
- Mentor engineers and drive technical reviews to improve frontend quality.
- Collaborate with partner engineering teams to deliver outcome-focused solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
- Experience with modern frontend ecosystems and integrating with design systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-based service architectures and backend integration.
- Knowledge of experimentation and analytics tooling for UI decisions.
- Proven track record of technical leadership in an engineering culture.
- Ability to uphold standards for code quality, accessibility, and performance.
