Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement proprietary SAP Add-ons and HCM products and solutions.
Incorporate AI features into SD Worx products.
Design client functionalities and extensions.
Participate in SAP solution implementations for customers across cloud and on-premise technology scenarios.
Contribute to architecture building, technical specifications, and implementation.
Develop applications and cloud solutions based on REST APIs.
Expand SAP development and extension expertise through project work and online SAP courses.

Good knowledge of SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
Knowledge of SAP technologies and programming languages including ABAP, SAPUI5/Fiori, Java, JavaScript, and Eclipse.
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries.
At least 3 years of experience in an SAP IT department or SAP implementation projects as a programmer, technical consultant, architect, or integration specialist.
Very good knowledge of at least one programming language, demonstrated through project experience or certification.
Experience developing applications and cloud solutions based on REST APIs.
English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
Completion of 2–3 full-cycle projects.
Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Preferred qualifications include AI principles, narrow AI model design, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, autonomous AI agents, prompt design, and agent behavior optimization.
