Responsibilities

  • Support bootloader engineers in developing, testing, and debugging bootloader software for telecom systems.
  • Implement small features and bug fixes in C under the guidance of principal engineers.
  • Work with hardware prototypes by flashing images, supporting board bring-up, collecting logs, and reproducing issues.
  • Help write and run unit and integration tests.
  • Support product function testing for New Product Introduction.
  • Prepare and update technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Be a third-year student in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Automation and Robotics, or a related field.
  • Be available to work at least 20 hours per week in the Gdynia office.
  • Have good knowledge of C and basic Linux command-line and Bash experience.
  • Be familiar with GCC and Git through university or personal projects.
  • Have an interest in embedded systems and low-level software.
  • Have sufficient English proficiency to read technical documentation and communicate with colleagues.
  • Preferred: experience with microcontrollers or embedded boards; understanding of boot processes, memory, and UART, SPI, or I2C; experience with a multimeter, oscilloscope, or logic analyzer; ability to read schematics; and basic Python and GNU Make knowledge.
