Responsibilities
- Define and develop LLM-driven storytelling experiences for a 3D adventure game.
- Collaborate with top AI researchers and engineers to push the boundaries of AI in gaming.
- Implement technical solutions that balance research exploration with product-focused development.
- Gather and analyze human feedback to improve AI interactions.
- Optimize LLM performance for real-time character interactions.
Requirements
- Experience with LLM post-training and evaluation.
- Familiarity with roleplay-focused LLM applications is a plus.
- Experience in gathering human feedback through RLHF-style systems.
- Knowledge of LLM infrastructure, including data processing and memory optimization.
- A passion for anime and the anime aesthetic.
