Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with and manage the team to deliver work effectively.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions involving multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to technical problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Perform performance tuning, optimization, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution for SAP applications.
- Work on integration techniques between SAP and other systems.
- Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required.
- The posting additionally specifies a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA is required.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with SAP application performance tuning and optimization.
